Trustfirst Title Solutions, a division of Trustfirst Properties, LLC.
Last updated: August 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Trustfirst Properties, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Trustfirst Title Solutions ("we," "us," "our"), collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. It applies to this website and to the phone, text, email, and mail communications we send.
The short version. We collect property and contact information so we can research title and decide whether to make an offer to buy a property. We do not sell your personal information, and we never share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with anyone for marketing purposes. You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you contact us by form, phone, text, email, or mail, we may collect your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, the address of the property you're contacting us about, and whatever you choose to tell us about the situation.
Information from public records
Most of our research begins before we ever speak with you. We collect information about property and the people connected to it from sources that are public or commercially available, including:
- County deed, plat, and real property records
- County appraisal district and tax assessor records
- Probate court filings and civil court records
- Death records, obituaries, and published genealogical sources
- Licensed skip-tracing and public-records data providers
This information typically includes names, last known addresses, phone numbers, relationships between family members, and property ownership history. We collect it to determine who has a legal interest in a property so we know who to contact.
Information collected automatically
Our website may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
2. How we use information
- To research the ownership and title history of real property
- To identify and contact owners, heirs, and other parties with a possible interest in a property
- To evaluate whether to make an offer to purchase a property or an interest in one
- To communicate with you about a property, an offer, or a transaction
- To prepare, negotiate, and close a purchase
- To comply with law and to maintain records of our communications and do-not-contact requests
3. Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as our messaging platform and customer support providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you provide a mobile number or consent to receive text messages, we use that number only to communicate with you about the property and title matter at hand. We do not sell mobile numbers, we do not rent them, we do not trade them, and we do not pass them to other investors, lead buyers, marketers, or affiliates.
Our complete messaging program terms, including message frequency and how to opt out, are on our SMS Terms page.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers. Companies that operate our phone and messaging systems, email, file storage, and website hosting, and that are bound to use the information only to provide those services to us.
- Transaction professionals. If we move toward a purchase, we share what is necessary with the independent third-party title company, escrow agent, closing attorney, surveyor, or lender involved in that specific transaction. Those parties are not us and are not affiliated with us.
- Professional advisors. Our own attorneys and accountants.
- Legal requirement. When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to establish or defend legal claims.
- Business transfer. If our business or its assets are sold or merged, subject to this policy.
We do not share information with other real estate investors, wholesalers, or lead-generation companies.
5. Your choices
- Stop text messages. Reply STOP to any message. This is immediate and permanent.
- Stop calls, email, or mail. Tell us on a call, or email [email protected] and ask to be removed. We'll do it and we won't ask why.
- Access, correct, or delete. Email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We'll respond within 45 days. We may keep records we're legally required to keep, and we keep do-not-contact records permanently so we don't accidentally contact you again.
Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to know, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data, and to opt out of sale or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. To exercise any right, email [email protected].
6. Data retention and security
We keep property research and transaction records for as long as we may need them for legal, tax, and title purposes. We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top will change when we do, and the current version is always posted here.
